Services

We provide marketing services to businesses, including search visibility, advertising management, social media, brand and web work, reputation management, and AI-assisted answering and follow-up. The specific scope of any engagement is defined in the plan or agreement you select.

Billing and term

Plans are billed monthly in advance and run month-to-month with no long-term contract and no setup fees. You may cancel with notice before your next billing date. Advertising spend is separate from our fees and is paid by you directly to the advertising platforms.

No outcome guarantees

Marketing outcomes depend on factors outside any provider's control. We do not guarantee rankings, lead volumes, revenue, or any other specific result. Numbers shown on this site in calculators and examples are editable illustrations, not promises or industry statistics.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, for the conduct of your own business, and for your own professional and regulatory obligations, including the advertising rules of your profession. We build marketing with those rules in mind, but compliance responsibility for your business remains with you and your advisors.

AI features

The AI receptionist and web chat on this site and in our client deployments identify themselves as AI. They capture information and schedule appointments; they do not provide professional advice of any kind.

Intellectual property

Content on this site belongs to us or our licensors. Work product created for clients is governed by the applicable engagement terms. You keep ownership of your own accounts, including your advertising accounts and business profiles.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the services in any month is limited to the fees you paid us for that month, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
