Compliance and trust
Last reviewed: September 18, 2026
Licensed firms market under rules, and so should their marketing partner. This page states, in one place, how we handle the parts of marketing that carry legal weight. None of it replaces your own compliance obligations, which stay with you and your advisors; all of it is built so our work does not create new ones.
Texting and calls (TCPA and A2P 10DLC)
- Text messages go only to people who opted in through an unchecked consent checkbox, with the message types, frequency, rate disclosure, and STOP and HELP instructions stated at the point of consent. Consent is never a condition of purchase or of receiving a score.
- Every campaign we run for a client is registered under A2P 10DLC, which we handle during onboarding.
- Consent and its timestamp are recorded with each contact. STOP is honored automatically.
- Our own program terms are published at SMS terms.
AI disclosure
- The AI Phone Receptionist, AI Text Assistant, and AI Website Chat identify themselves as AI. Anyone can ask for a person.
- The AI captures information and schedules appointments. It does not give tax, insurance, lending, real estate, or design advice, and it does not quote rates or premiums. Scripts are written to keep it that way and are approved by the client before going live.
- Call recording, where used, is disclosed to the caller.
Professional advertising rules
Each profession we serve advertises under its own rules, and campaigns are drafted with those rules in mind:
- Insurance agencies: state insurance advertising regulations; no misleading coverage or savings claims; no carrier names without permission.
- CPA and accounting firms: state board and AICPA professional conduct rules on advertising and testimonials.
- Mortgage brokers and loan officers: NMLS identification and federal advertising rules; no rate or approval promises.
- Real estate agents and teams: brokerage identification, team naming, and fair housing standards in every ad and page.
- Architecture firms: state licensing board rules on titles and claims.
Clients review and approve everything that carries their name before it runs. Responsibility for a firm's own advertising compliance remains with the firm.
No outcome guarantees
We do not promise rankings, lead counts, revenue, or any specific result, on this site or in any client campaign. Numbers shown in our calculator and examples are editable illustrations, labeled as such. Client results are published only with written permission and real figures.
Data handling
What we collect, where it lives (including Google Sheets, our CRM platform, Google Calendar, and analytics), and your choices are described in the privacy policy. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share phone numbers or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing.
Accessibility
This site is built to WCAG 2.1 AA and tested before every release; the details are in our accessibility statement. We offer the same standard to clients through ADA-compliant websites.
