Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. After you opt out, you will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at the email address in our privacy policy.

Consent

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing anything or of receiving your score. You opt in only by checking the SMS consent box on a form, and your phone number and SMS consent will not be shared with third parties for marketing.
