Accessibility statement
Last reviewed: September 18, 2026
Paradigm Digital Strategies LLC is committed to a website that every client and prospect can use, including people who rely on screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or reduced motion. We build to the same standard we sell.
Conformance target
This site is built to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. WCAG 2.1 AA is the standard most often referenced in accessibility claims under the Americans with Disabilities Act, and it is the target for every page here.
How we build and test
- Color and contrast: every text and control color is defined once in a design token file and checked against AA contrast ratios on every surface it appears on, including buttons, links, labels, and the dark and tinted sections.
- Keyboard: every link, button, form field, menu, and interactive element works without a mouse, in a logical order, with a visible focus indicator. A "Skip to content" link is the first focusable element on every page.
- Structure: one H1 per page, headings in order, landmark regions, labeled navigation, and labels on every form field with errors that say what went wrong.
- Motion: the few animations on the site are decorative and stop entirely when your device requests reduced motion.
- Automated testing: every page is run through axe-core against the WCAG 2.1 A and AA rule sets, plus its best-practice rules, before each release. The site currently reports zero violations.
- Manual review: keyboard-only and screen reader passes on the interactive tools (the profession selector, the calculator, the Digital Presence Report Card, and forms).
Known limitations
- Third-party components: the AI website chat, the booking calendar, and embedded media are provided by outside vendors. We choose vendors that publish accessibility commitments and we monitor them, but their accessibility is ultimately theirs to maintain.
- Web fonts: typefaces load from Google Fonts. If they fail to load, the site falls back to system fonts and stays fully readable.
Report a problem
If any part of this site is hard to use, tell us and we will fix it. Email our contact address with the page and what happened. We aim to respond within two business days.
Assessment approach
This statement is based on our own evaluation using automated tooling and manual review, not a third-party audit. If your firm needs the same standard applied to its own site, see our ADA-compliant websites service.
