This site is operated by Paradigm Digital Strategies LLC. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Information you give us: name, firm name, profession, email, and phone number when you submit a form, take the score assessment, or book a call.
• AI web chat: the chat on this site is an AI assistant. Chat transcripts, and any contact details you share in them, are stored so we can respond and improve the service.
• AI phone receptionist: calls to our AI receptionist may be recorded and transcribed. The receptionist identifies itself as AI. If you do not want a call recorded, say so and we will accommodate you, or you can reach us by email instead.
• Analytics: we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used: pages viewed, approximate location, device type, and steps taken in the free report card. GA4 uses cookies. You can decline analytics cookies in the notice that appears on your first visit, and we treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as a decline. We do not use advertising cookies or sell your data.

Where your information lives

• Google Sheets: score assessment submissions are stored in a Google Sheets spreadsheet we control.
• Our CRM: leads and contacts are managed in our customer relationship management platform so we can follow up with you.
• Google Calendar: when you book a call, the booking is handled by Google Calendar's appointment scheduling, which is subject to Google's own privacy policy.
• SMS and email delivery providers: if you opt in to texts or give us your email, messages are delivered through our messaging providers.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry and deliver your score results.
• To schedule and hold the calls you book.
• To send follow-ups you have consented to, including SMS if you checked the consent box. See our SMS terms.
• To understand and improve how the site performs.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not share your phone number or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing.

Your choices

• Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts.
• Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
• Email us to ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted.

Retention and security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we limit access to the people and systems that need it.
